Location : CA - Westlake Village

As the AVP, Trader you'll be part of the non-agency group, and will be responsible for assisting in the pricing, hedging and loan trading and securitization of AmeriHome's non-agency loan pipeline. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of non-agency capital markets experience or have an advanced financial degree such as a master's in finance or MBA. This position offers an opportunity to learn non-agency loan capital markets functions and help grow this production channel at the largest bank owned originator in the country.

Assist in the following trading activities :

• Daily rate sheet pricing
• Hedging the non-agency pipeline
• Executing whole loans trades
• Trade documentation
• Monitoring the non-agency securitization market
• Maintain workflow tools
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Working with the operations and transaction management teams on any trading issues
• Confirming trades and trade blotter accuracy

What you'll need :

Compensation : Salary range for new hires is generally $107,395.00 - $126,000.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned.
