Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Process and manage payroll for various clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns, staying updated on state and local tax regulations.
- Maintain general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end closings.
- Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Actively provide valuable ideas to clients, working closely with them to ensure financial clarity and success.
- Collaborate with the team on due dates and project movement.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Passion for delivering excellent client service.Strong current knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax compliance.Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar role (3+ years preferred).Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred).Solid accounting background with a focus on small to medium-sized businesses.Exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.Ability to learn independently and adapt to a changing environment.Certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor are a plus.
