Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Pharmacovigilance Support Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Support Operations personnel, ensuring compliance with established timelines

Implement strategies for the Support Operations area and provide leadership to the team

Coordinate training, documentation, and performance evaluations for new hires and contract personnel

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or Bachelor's degree required

4-5 years of experience in an SOA role, with 2 years in a supervisory or management position

Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team

Knowledge of ICH / FDA regulations and drug safety reporting processes

Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of medical terminology
