We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the West of Boston. This role is perfect for someone who understands the senior care landscape and thrives on building partnerships, serving families, and creating opportunities to grow our impact in the community.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our services and the families who need them the most. You’ll nurture referral relationships, promote our brand throughout the region, and ensure each new client’s journey begins with trust and care.
Your Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships by meeting with referral partners such as :
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Hospitals
- Senior living communities
- Hospice and home health providers
- Geriatric care managers
Sales & Growth
Design and implement a strategic plan to meet and exceed growth targetsAnalyze local market trends and adapt strategies to stay aheadTrack leads and opportunities using a CRM (HubSpot) to manage and grow your pipelineCommunity Representation
Serve as a visible ambassador of Home Matters CaregivingTravel and attend events, professional conferences, and networking functions to expand our reach and reputationCollaborative Coordination
Partner closely with the care coordination and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiencesMaintain regular contact with new clients to ensure satisfaction and foster lasting relationshipsQualifications
Experienced in sales, business development, or senior care outreachSkilled in listening, empathizing, and finding the right solutions for families and referral partnersOrganized, proactive, and results-drivenExcellent communicator—able to engage confidently and warmly with a wide variety of peopleComfortable managing your time and territory independentlyPassionate about helping seniors thrive in the comfort of homeExperience with External relationship-building, sales, marketing, or referral networkingSkilled in public speaking, presentations, and community engagementWhat We Offer
