We are hiring a Director of Electrical Engineering who is ready to step into a leadership role with a Minneapolis based AE firm. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of an established electrical engineering department, while being mentored by the current director until you are ready to assume the role!

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Project Manager (PE required) who may not yet hold a Director title, but is ready to take the next step into leadership.
