IT Manager - Consumer Loan Systems

A company is looking for a Manager IT - Consumer Loan Origination Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of QA, Business Systems Analysts, and Software Engineers for Consumer Loan Origination systems

Serve as Technical Owner, ensuring development, design leadership, and compliance with Bank requirements

Provide project leadership for medium to large projects and support production systems through tier-3 management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or systems engineering, or High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of relevant experience

Experience with Loan Origination Systems, preferably in large financial institutions

Direct management experience within a software team

Strong understanding of coding and configuration best practices within regulated environments

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and managing remote teams
