Project Coordinator - Marketing Ops (Contract)
The Marketing Operations, Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project management team with asset catalog processes, and distribution. This individual will stay attuned with all marketing campaigns (across all channels) and assist in the distribution of approved campaign assets. The primary objective of project coordinator is to support speed and accuracy of data applications with shared resource DAM.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day trafficking of final approved creative assets for distribution.
- Maintain the correct data and status within Jira and DAM asset management systems.
- Support the documentation and facilitation of post-production asset release projects.
- Communicate deliverable expectations, timing, and status to applicable stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal project management process, tools, and practices.
- Support the Project Management Teams and database management for the release of creative assets.

AA or Bachelor's Degree, preferredMinimum 1 year experience of coordination, data entry, digital asset management, or content management.$20 - $23 an hour
