Growth & Development : Certifications, LinkedIn Learning, and a culture of continuous improvement. Impact & Innovation : Shape hiring strategies for the world's leading cloud tech marketplace. Team & Culture : Join a passionate, collaborative team based in Colorado. Flexibility : Remote-first with opportunities for in-person collaboration. This is a new headcount role within People Operations. You'll be joining a tight-knit team of 5, all local to Denver. No travel required, but monthly onsite meetings and quarterly team gatherings are encouraged. - Collaborate globally to evolve our recruiting processes and embrace AI-powered hiring.

Compensation : Qualified candidates can expect a base salary between $74,000.00 and $92,000.00.
