COMPENSATION : Making $285,000 + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.

Role :

Compensation : Base $240-$260k based on experience

Bonus : Up to 10$ of base salary

Partnership : No Buy-in.

18-22 patients a day

Hours : Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)

Work / Life Balance

Small Patient Panel 450 patients max

Administrative time included in schedule

No nights or in hospital call

100% outpatient

Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA / Scheduler / Referral specialist)

Patient Population : Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements :

Residency Trained IM / FM
