Compensation : $200K – $300K + Competitive Equity

About the Role

We’re seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join a fast-growing, venture-backed health technology company. This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role at an organization scaling rapidly, closing millions in ARR per quarter with a lean and highly effective sales team.

In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build relationships with enterprise customers, and work closely with leadership to accelerate revenue growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams, influence sales strategy, and have high visibility with executives.

This is a high-impact role in a company at an inflection point — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on acquiring net-new enterprise customers.

Develop and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and close rates.

Collaborate with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals.

Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market positioning.

Deliver engaging, persuasive product demos to senior decision-makers.

Manage pipeline in CRM and maintain accurate forecasting.

Stay on top of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to position solutions effectively.

Contribute to a high-performing sales culture and mentor junior team members as the organization grows.

What We’re Looking For

5–6 years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, ideally in SaaS or other technology-driven industries.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise environment.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex products into compelling solutions.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
