Audit Management & Execution
Lead the execution of intensive audit events involving multiple providers.
Initiate the auditing process by issuing formal audit notices to all relevant parties.
Conduct thorough chart reviews to assess program compliance and service delivery documentation.
Compliance and Documentation
Review provider contracts to ensure a basic understanding of requirements and compliance obligations.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of client data by establishing and managing a HIPAA-compliant portal for document exchange.
Inter-Departmental Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison and coordinate activities between Fiscal, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive audit process.

Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm ONSITE in oxnard
