Nurses LPN 12 Hour Shifts

6:45am - 7:15pm (Day shift) & 6:45pm - 7:15am (Overnight)

Evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!

Job Description

As an LPN at Cedar Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
• Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
• Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required
