About the role :

As an Intake Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will work with various individuals within our intake department to achieve quality assurance objectives by analyzing workflows and processes. The goal of this position is to ensure that we are efficiently processing referrals and maintaining the integrity of the process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist with monitoring activities within the intake department; managing workflows, identifying roadblocks, and advising management on areas of improvement.
• Assist with the development and design of strategies and processes to improve performance.
