Property Manager (Douglasville)

Seeking candidates to interview for the position of Property Manager for a newly built, class-A+, market-rate apartment property near Douglasville, GA. The property has recently been constructed and has less than 150 units but will be adding a second phase starting construction in the next year. Initially there will be one Leasing and one Maintenance employee. The team will grow over the course of the next year.

To be qualified you must have at least 5 total years of market-rate, multifamily property management experience. Class A / B product experience is required as is an extremely professional appearance and demeanor. Lease-up experience is strongly preferred but not necessary.

We will consider candidates who are currently Assistant Property Managers if they have been in that role for at least 2 years on class A apartment communities.
