Real Estate Counsel - Leasing Attorney

A company is looking for a Temporary Real Estate Counsel (Leasing expert).

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements

Analyze existing lease agreements for risk and provide strategic guidance

Support M&A transactions with real estate due diligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership

5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, focusing on leasing

Experience with ESG initiatives and M&A due diligence preferred

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
