You'll handle everything from dispatching jobs to ensuring our fleet of forklifts never misses a beat! Your mission? To deliver swift, accurate responses to customer and technician inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Elevate customer service for internal and external clients
• Mastermind scheduling, dispatching, and workload management
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality within our Service Department
• Fuel monthly departmental reports
• Oversee work in progress (WIP)
• Provide unwavering support to our internal service team
• Foster solid partnerships with manufacturers and vendors
• Initiate and manage work orders
• Be the support backbone for external and internal customers, including rental equipment contract coordination, shipping, and receiving
• Champion service department data entry
• Ace warranty and fleet claims processing
• Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere
