Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team at our Lenexa, KS office. This role involves managing projects from sales hand-off through installation, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery. Candidates must be hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and capable of thriving in a physically demanding, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hand-off meetings with the sales department and other team members.
• Establish and communicate milestones for each project stage to meet delivery dates.
• Manage and proactively minimize obstacles, delays, and budgetary constraints.
• Communicate budget and schedule impacts of changes in project scope or design.
• Balance multiple projects as directed by the Project Services Manager.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including application engineering, sales, drafting, accounting, and purchasing.

Work Environment

The position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses with side shields, safety footwear, and hearing protection. The role is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions. A hybrid schedule is offered, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.50 / hr.
