The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store's overall success and efficiency, focusing on brand commitment when servicing customers. This role leaves a lasting impression on customers through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale, is essential.

Competencies
Additional Requirements
Experience : 1–3 years of previous retail experience (cashier / stock, sales, etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical : Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad / laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), walkie talkie use, and ability to read price / product release sheets.
Physical : Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; navigate the sales floor, stock room, and shelves; climb, bend, and kneel as required; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds for shipment / transfer processing.
Schedule : Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability expectations, including flexible schedules, nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic and sale days.

Base Pay Range
$15.00 to $16.50 per hour.
