Sales Support Associate – Job Description
The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store's overall success and efficiency, dedicating direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing customers. Leave a lasting impression on customers through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale, is essential to this role.

Experience & Education
1–3 years of retail experience (cashier / stock / sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Knowledge of cash register systems; basic computer skills including iPad / laptop; mobile POS and internet usage; walkie-talkie; ability to read price and product release sheets.
Ability to work at a fast pace; effective communication with customers and team; mobility on the sales floor, stock room, and during stocking / receiving; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays on high-traffic days (e.g., post-Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, etc.).

Base Pay Range
$15.00 to $17.00 hourly.
