Job Title : International Logistics Associate

Location : Breinigsville, PA

Duration : 12+ months contract to hire

Pay rate $22 / hr on w2

Hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Job details :

Maintain commercial invoice templates and create order specific invoices. Track proforma invoices and license applications to ensure timely completion. Ensure relevant order related paperwork is filed in accordance with regulatory and study requirements. Remain current on all Export Regulations and provide suggestions for change to internal practices accordingly. Basic understanding of reviewing regulatory related documents.

Proactively handle internal and external client inquiries and issues. Ensures compliance with the International and U.S. laws related to Export activity. Moderate exposure to client, with regard to client meetings Works with team members and Supervisors to identify and resolve problems. Interacts with cross functional support teams (Client Services, Distribution, QA, etc.).
