Job description

We are  The Flooring Pros ! We’re a rapidly growing single-family residential flooring company serving some of the nation’s top Track Home Builders. Our team specializes in delivering turnkey flooring, tile, and carpet solutions for large-scale residential developments across the country.

We’re looking for a driven National Account Manager to join our  NEW  Scottsdale office and play a key role in expanding our footprint with top-tier national builders. This is our 2nd office, and we are looking to hire  the best of the best  based off of our core values :   Self-Development, Team First, Ownership Mentality, Relationship Focused, & Relentless Growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close  new business opportunities  with major single-family home developers.
  • Prepare, price, and submit detailed proposals on  pre-development communities .
  • Negotiate  pricing, scope, and terms  with both clients and subcontractors / vendors.
  • Manage the  day-to-day operations  of each account after onboarding — including scheduling, billing, and administrative coordination.
  • Serve as the  primary client point of contact , ensuring exceptional communication and service.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years  of sales or account management experience required.
  • Background in  construction, flooring, or tile  preferred (but not required).
  • Must be  comfortable on the phones  — this is  primarily  a relationship-driven, phone-based role, though some in-person client meetings will likely take place
  • Ability to  travel up to 25%  for client visits and industry events.
  • Outgoing and personable  — someone who thrives on building new relationships and winning trust.

    • Benefits

  • Base Salary :  $65,000–$75,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly Commissions + Annual Bonus  - First year OTE ~$105,000
