A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager in Professional Services for the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical guidance to implementation teams
Manage all aspects of programs, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources
Act as the primary point of escalation for technical delivery issues and build trust with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Proven technical acumen and decision-making ability without hands-on coding experience
Experience managing large, complex engagements and mitigating technical challenges
Familiarity with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred
Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while ensuring customer satisfaction
Must be clearable with the US Government
