Location : Alma, KS
Shift : 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 5 : 00AM-2 : 00PM; extended hours and weekends may be required)

Responsibilities
Complete daily weight / product checks, label verifications, scale calibrations, and Oven / Chiller calibrations
Complete additional job duties as assigned by the FSQ (Food Safety Quality) Manager
Following proper procedures, attention to detail, and accuracy of paperwork
Foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
Excellent communication skills are necessary
Qualifications
Required :
The ability to read and write to accurately complete job-related paperwork.
Lead and manage team members to achieve quality goals.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Perform repetitive hand & wrist motion throughout a shift.
Lift / push / pull 50+lbs as required (Occasional)
Twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job related tasks.
Kneel / squat as necessary to complete job-related tasks.
Grasping & pinching motions to complete job-related tasks

Position requires working in temperatures below 40°F.
Standing / walking on concrete for a majority of the work day
Compensation & Benefits
Pay : $22.00 per hour, 1.5 times rate for hours worked over 40 in a week
