Blackfeet Community Hospital is looking for long-term contract locum physicians for their Primary-Care Clinic. This government-owned and operated facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services, with all departments led by board-certified or board-eligible chiefs of staff.
Details :
- Long-term FP MD / DO contract opportunity, up to 1 year with possible extensions
- Monday- Friday 8am 5pm
- No weekends or call
- Housing provided
- Local or travel locum tenens welcome to apply
- Family Medicine experience as an MD required
- 2 3 years of experience preferred
- Previous locum tenens and IHS facility experience preferred
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Must hold a valid U.S. medical license (any state)
- Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients required

Active, Unrestricted Medical License Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Montana, any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.Board Certification / Eligibility Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine (AOBFM),Active DEA Registration Required to prescribe controlled substances.Certifications Must have current certifications in :Basic Life Support (BLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Citizenship Must be a U.S. citizen living primarily within the United States.Experience A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is required.Credentialing Must complete all credentialing requirements within 10 days of offer acceptance.Federal Security Clearance Must be willing and able to complete and pass the federal security clearance process.
