Professional Alternatives, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in Accounting and Finance placements, has partnered with a fast-growing, billion-dollar company in Dallas to identify a Controller / M&A Manager who will play a key role in their M&A activity and financial strategy.

This is not your typical Controller role — it’s broad, high-impact, and highly visible across the organization. You’ll lead due diligence efforts, oversee accounting operations, and drive the financial integration of new acquisitions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessments for new deals
• Develop and execute financial integration strategies
• Partner directly with senior leadership on successful acquisitions
• Manage accounting, finance, and special projects as needed
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in M&A integration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for M&A and post-deal activities
