A company is looking for an Executive Business Partner supporting the Commercial and Sales Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and meetings for the leadership team
Project manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines and communication are maintained
Develop executive-facing materials and prepare briefing documents for engagements
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in a high-level support role such as Executive Assistant or Project Manager
Strong background in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
Expert in creating compelling presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint
Technologically savvy with experience in tools like Google Suite and Slack
Must be open to travel and flexible hours, working during core business hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
