Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to join our team as a Resident Service Mechanic in the field. ABOUT THE POSITION

The Resident Service Mechanic functions as part of the Service Team and is responsible for the care of various types of customer and company-owned equipment within a designated territory.

In this role you will :

• Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of equipment at various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards.
• Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates.
• Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision, to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of company vehicles.
