Description :

Schedule : Working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

This position consists of 10-hour shifts for a total of 30 hours per week.

The role includes providing healthcare services to youth.

Evaluate and respond to youth health concerns.

Advise youth regarding health treatment procedures.

Obtain and process blood and urine samples.

Monitor, record, and report changes in youth vitals or health conditions.

Administer medications to youth and observe for potential adverse medication reactions.

Conduct intake health screenings for newly incarcerated youth.

Provide direct patient and emergency care to youth and staff when necessary.

Consult and coordinate youth treatment plans with health services team members.

Obtain and maintain medical files and records.

Ensure medical supplies and equipment are stocked and accounted for.

Administer vaccinations and assist with annual tuberculosis (TB) skin tests.

Perform other duties as assigned.
