Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Dundalk, Maryland. Merritt Station I & II is a stunning multi-family and senior affordable housing community conveniently located within walking distance to neighborhood amenities. TC and Home Experience is desired.

Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit and / or Section 8 housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone / file / etc, recertification of residents and other office duties.
