Summary of Position (Job Purpose) : Major purpose and functions of the position. This position is responsible for managing implementations of projects to develop, establish and prove initiatives that drive projects that have a positive impact on the organization. The primary area of focus for this role will be to manage implementation projects within Store Operations and act as the liaison between Store Operations and various organizations and departments outside of Store Operations. These project activities are of varying types including operational events, realignments, new technologies and implementations, and other key initiatives and strategies to improve company metrics.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications : Summary of knowledge, experience and education required.
Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Work Experience : Minimum of three years project management experience; experience in medium to large size, multi-location companies
Job Related Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong collaborative skills, particularly across cross-functional teams
Computer Skills : Microsoft Office Application Proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
Desired Qualifications : MS Project experience preferred
