About This Role :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining our customer base, along with building trusting relationships with key stakeholders ranging from the C-suite to the end-user level. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet our (1) Gross Account Retention (>
90%) and (2) Net Dollar Based Retention (>
103%) goals. Primary Responsibilities :
