Salesforce Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Admin / Architect to join our Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for owning the Salesforce platform end-to-end : designing scalable architecture, implementing automation, and ensuring Salesforce remains a reliable system of record for our sales team. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Sales Ops team to ensure Salesforce integrates seamlessly with the broader GTM strategy and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Ownership

• Own the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce.
• Manage objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
• Design and implement Flows, process automations, and approval processes.
