Job descriptionLead interior design for new construction and renovation projects. Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suited to hospitality settings. Prepare FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and construction documents. Ensure design quality, budget alignment, and brand compliance. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors. Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelors in Interior Design or related field. 6+ years of experience, with strong background in hospitality design. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit a plus. Deep knowledge of hotel brand standards and FF&E. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
