• Summary

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team at the Bottaro Law Firm. In this role, you will represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive the justice they deserve. Your expertise will significantly contribute to our mission of doing what is right for our clients.

• Responsibilities
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with opposing parties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the RI and / or MA.
• Court room experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Excellent writing and legal drafting skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
