Market America Inc is hiring : Social Media Manager in Miami Beach

Overview Market America Inc is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to be based in the Greater Miami, FL area. This role manages the daily social media content of the Owner of the company, identifies and implements the latest social media trends, and measures social media effectiveness through analytics. The position involves working with influencers to build the audience and engage with fans, with responsibilities including Instagram feed posts and reels, supporting TikTok, keyword research, community engagement, Instagram feed design, direct messages, tag monitoring, strategy and goal meetings, and providing creative direction for photoshoots and videos.

Responsibilities Plan and develop a social media content calendar for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, continually improving metrics through testing and new initiatives

Collaborate with partner store teams and digital campaign marketing teams to amplify company messages and partnerships through promotional campaigns

Respond to customers on social media following customer care best practices and engagement strategies

Ensure all online messaging is consistent with the company values, overarching story, and voice

Some evening and weekend work will be required due to the always-on nature of social media

Education & Experience 4+ years of professional experience managing high-profile social media accounts; personal brand and / or e-commerce experience preferred

Understanding of social media KPIs; ability to track and interpret metrics to enhance user engagement and content optimization

Intermediate level of Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Intermediate level of mobile and desktop social video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Captions App, or similar tools

Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills

Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate, work in teams, and build relationships across multiple stakeholders

Working knowledge of WordPress and best SEO blog practices

Computer / Communication Skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work in teams and build good working relationships

Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills

Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.)

Ability to recognize good design and maintain a consistent aesthetic

Travel Annual conferences and product-related events (including photo shoots, promotional events, etc.)

Local and regional travel – approximately 25%

Travel by air, car, boat, or public transportation may be required
