Job descriptionZentrale Schnittstelle : Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Teams und externen Stakeholdern Projektleitung und Koordination : Du übernimmst die Leitung, Durchführung und Koordination von strategischen und operativen Projekten mit standortübergreifender Relevanz Standort Unterstützung : Du analysierst Daten, identifizierst Potenziale zur Standortoptimierung und setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen direkt vor Ort in Deutschland um Unterstützung des CRO : Du unterstützt den Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) im operativen Tagesgeschäft, bei strategischen Entscheidungen und in Adminiastrativen Themen (u.a. der Reiseplanung) Eigenständiges Projektmanagement : Du führst eigenverantwortlich Projekte durch und bringst dich proaktiv in Vertriebs- und Sales-Initiativen ein Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Geisteswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Zweig Branchenkenntnisse sind gewünscht Du hast in der Vergangenheit auch schon erfolgreich im Vertrieb gearbeitet Du hast eine Hands-On Mentalität und selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Denken und Handeln sind für dich selbstverständlich Du bist zuverlässig und hast eine Leidenschaft für die Energiewende und willst deinen Beitrag leisten Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Du hast Lust auf eine herausfordernde Tätigkeit, mit Reisebereitschaft in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel, PowerPoint, GSheets, Googleslides und anderen Office Tools als auch Analyse Tools Du bist Teil eines dynamischen Teams mit Menschen, die täglich beweisen, dass sie Dinge bewegen und Unternehmen nach vorne bringen können Dich empfängt ein kollegiales und familiäres Team Du arbeitest direkt mit dem CRO zusammen Du bewegst Dich in flachen Hierarchien und hast kurze Entscheidungswege.
