About the Opportunity

As the HRBP Director for our Central Corporate Functions, you will translate business objectives into impactful people strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing organizational effectiveness, leading through transformational organizational changes, and developing the next generation of leaders, all within a dynamic, international context that values your strategic insight.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment

• Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans that directly enable business goals and drive organizational health.
• Build deep business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders, acting as a strategic conduit between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
