An A / R Specialist is needed for a manufacturing company located in Downtown Phoenix. This is a permanent position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Verify accounts receivable documents comply with revenue recognition guidelines
- Follow our company’s established accounting processes
- Process and review accounts receivable transactions
- Participate in month-end close activities
- Train and support accounts receivable functions at the manufacturing facilities
- Document and assist with implementing standard procedures
- Collect support for external audit requests
- Help identify and take part in process improvement and automation strategies
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
- Completion of some accounting courses preferred
- Demonstrated success in high volume, multi-entity environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Basic skills in Word and Excel
