We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing project management, has infield experience as a foreman running work, deep knowledge of plumbing code, and exceptional leadership skills.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication with owners / field personnel, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while having a strong focus on building teams.
This is not a desk jockey position and requires consistent infield check ins, assistance with layouts and coordination.
Pay : $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans from start to finish of each job.
- Manage and negotiate change orders.
- Submittals and Close outs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements, quality control and identify potential challenges.
- Review job costing regularly and ensure projects come in on track and under budget.
- Monitor project expenditures and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including plumbers, contractors, and support staff, to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality work.
- Train, Guide and support team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and compliance.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and field personnel, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Jobsite safety.
Qualifications :
- Commercial Plumbing field experience required. (10 years minimum)
- Proven experience in plumbing project management (preferred).
- Good computer skills including experience with project management software, Word, Excel, Etc.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication Skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
