• StandardAero Augusta is a Business Aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) facility, operating at the Augusta Regional Airport for over 50 years. We specialize in performing heavy maintenance across an extensive range of aircraft models, including renowned brands such as Falcon, Hawker, Challenger, Gulfstream, and Embraer . With a significant 80,500 sq ft expansion opening in August 2025, we're doubling our footprint at AGS. Our facility focuses on 22 models of aircraft on the Airframe side, while our Engine Shop performs comprehensive overhauls on Honeywell HTF7000 and TFE731 engines, APUs, and performs diagnostics in our state-of-the-art Test Cells.

This Aircraft Structural Mechanic willperform internal and external sheet metal repairs, modifications, and installations to all aircraft serviced in our facility. They will utilize their expert craftsmanship to fabricate various sheet metal parts (I-beams, doublers, triplers, stringers) by interpreting blueprints. This individual will succeed by calculating angles, diameters, and bend allowances, to cut, shape, and form various airframe structures. The right candidate will have extensive experience and confidence in their skills to build structural forms such as I-beams, doublers, stringers, and avionics trays.
