A company is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Support Associate - Spanish-English - Remote USA.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and resolve complicated issues related to brokers, groups, or members concerning insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing processes

Establish rapport and build confidence with external brokers regarding Healthcare Insurance

Provide concierge-level support to brokers as they sell the company's products in the market

Required Qualifications

1 year or more of customer service experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Computer experience
