Principal Service Delivery Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Service Delivery Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage service delivery costs, service levels, and resource coordination

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and service delivery teams

Implement delivery management process improvements and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

8 to 12 years of relevant experience

Enterprise Storage experience, specifically with PowerMax and PowerStore

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience with Virtualization, Data Backup Solutions, and Unix / Linux OS

Strong organizing and planning skills for program deliverables
