Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics | Fayetteville, NC
Clinic-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time | CCC-SLP Required
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy for children with autism and communication needs in our Fayetteville clinic. This role includes occasional travel to support our Durham location. We offer a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to work closely with interdisciplinary teammates.
Position Details
- Primary Location : Fayetteville, NC (clinic-based)
- Travel : Occasional support provided to Durham clinic
- Schedule : Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Compensation : $65,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience and credentials)
- Reports To : Clinical Director
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy for children with autism and developmental delaysConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansAddress expressive / receptive language, articulation, AAC recommendation / implementation, social communication, and feeding needs as appropriateCollaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goalsDocument evaluations, progress notes, and reports in a timely mannerParticipate in interdisciplinary communication and clinical meetingsMaintain compliance with ASHA, state licensing, and AutismCOE policiesQualifications
Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (required)Pediatric experience (preferred)Experience working with children with autism (preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a clinic-based teamCompensation & Benefits
