Back Office Loan Operation Support Analyst (Traveling)

We're seeking a motivated individual who loves to travel and is excited to join our team of Back Office Loan Operations Analysts. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between our bank clients and the software installation team, traveling across the country to support the implementation of new or enhanced software applications. You'll guide clients through every stage of the process—from pre-installation planning and coordination to hands-on installation, training, and post-installation support. This position requires extensive overnight travel to customer locations throughout the United States and is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys being on the move.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

What you'll be responsible for :

• Implementation, design, and training of the Loan Operations Software Application.
• Consulting with banking clients to design parameter sets, assisting banks with validation of data conversion, and training on Loan Operations applications.
• Communicating with other application analysts and programmers to analyze and audit transactions flowing through the core systems.
• Travel with a conversion team to the customer site for software setup, training, conversion, and implementations.
• Analyzing the customer's existing products / processes and consulting with the customer to map the existing system to the Jack Henry product.
• Preparing the customer for the installation, guiding them through the installation process, and providing training or support post-installation.
• Overseeing / performing system setup for customers (e.g., parameter setup, creating job files for processing). Ensures related business processes will run on software.
• Providing software support / guidance by answering questions on function, features, and usage of software products. Support may be at the customer site or remote.
• Communicating the customer's needs / expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leaders.
• Maintaining effective communication with customers throughout the project.
• Identifying / maintaining customer issues and ensuring proper resolution. Maintaining a customer issue list by application and forwarding issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Preparing training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
