Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator provides confidential administrative support to the Director of Academic Operations and department leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations through proactive coordination and attention to detail. This role manages internal systems and records, serves as a key point of contact for stakeholders and visitors, and upholds academic standards through accurate task execution and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including scheduling, reports, travel, and communicationsAccurate and timely maintenance of campus Associate personnel files in accordance with Concorde Human Resources policy, Accreditation, and State Regulatory AgenciesAccurate and timely processing of campus mailMaintain compliance files and coordinate updates with internal teams and external agenciesManage new hire orientation, paperwork, file audits, and credential tracking; monitor 45 / 90-day reviewsMaintain and update library databases; re-shelve materials and perform minor equipment maintenanceProctor entrance testingAssist with the maintenance of student files / recordsAssist in the reconciliation of ExceptionsAssist with investigating and resolving records in the Student Management SystemEnsure that documentation for policy exceptions and adherence is maintainedOther duties as assignedQualifications
Education / Experience
High school diploma or GED (required); Associate's degree in business or related field (preferred)Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience (required), preferably in an academic or campus settingStudent Management Systems experience; CampusNexus (Anthology) (preferred)Skills
Computer proficiency with experience in Windows / Microsoft suiteDemonstrate active listening and empathy in interactionsFunction in flexible and adaptable work environmentIdentify problems and recommend potential solutionsStandard Abilities

Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at an assigned company location.
