Patient Service Coordinator Critical Care Unit
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at MD Anderson provides patient focused care through a multidisciplinary team approach. Quality and patient outcomes are at the heart of our practice. The ICU team participates in Evidence Based Practice, unit and hospital-based committees, and local and national conferences.

Ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and three years recent work experience. Prefer at least one year of recent patient care experience. Good customer service and communication skills is key as you will be interacting with patients, family members, staff and physicians in person and over the phone. Scheduling patient's visits and physician's appointments.
Shift : Night Shift 2 - 8-hour shifts which may be 3p-11p or 11p-7a and 2 - 12 hour shifts that would be 7p-7a. This position will be onsite.

Required : High school diploma or equivalent. Required : Three years of relevant work experience. May substitute additional education for required experience on a one to one basis. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
