StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a

current   need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule :  Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm | Night and weekend call
• Practice Setting :  Outpatient
• Types of Cases :  General obstetrics and gynecology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe :  90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Certifications required : Basic life support (BLS)
• Active Indiana license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
