Tribute is looking for a smart, hard-working professional to join our growing Chicago team. This is a great position for someone who wants to do meaningful, mission-driven work, and to grow professionally.
In this role, you will support Tributes mission of building a high-performance, low-turnover community of the best caregivers in home care by meeting goals for recruiting remarkable caregiver candidates in Chicago, IL.
The ideal candidate will bring the following :
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college
- At least one year of work experience
- Goal-orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Collaborative approach
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow in the role
