Express Employment is hiring a RECRUITING ASSISTANT to join our in-house Recruiting Team!

Pay : $18-$20 / hour

Location : Woodbury, MN

Career Growth : 3-month accelerated program with potential promotion to Employment Specialist (base + commission)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Schedule interviews and assist our recruiting team

Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals

Hit weekly metrics consistently on number of contacts made

Post and update job descriptions

Process Background Checks

Conduct phone and virtual interviews

Maintain accurate candidate records in our system

Support HR projects and job fairs

Meet weekly recruiting goals and deadlines

THE IDEAL RECRUITING CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE THIS…..

6+ months of experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

The ability to adapt and embrace change

A sense of urgency in completing tasks

Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment
