The Role :

The Assistant Paralegal will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Senior Paralegal and Executive Management Team. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working across departments to ensure legal compliance and support critical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, i.e., NDA's, SaaS Agreements, Vendor Contracts, etc.
• Maintain and update case files, legal databases, and document management systems.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters.
• Track deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements.
• Support in litigation preparation, including discovery and document production.
• Assist in managing intellectual property portfolios (trademarks, copyrights).
• Liaise between legal, marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment
• Maintain records of marketing approvals and legal clearances.
